Prairie View A&M falls to Texas Southern

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas --Joshua Pena and Joshua Prieto combined to toss a shutout on Friday as the Texas Southern Tigers blanked the Prairie View A&M Panthers 13-0.

Beau Beaty (2-8) started and took the loss on the mound for Prairie View A&M (7-32, 3-16).

HOW IT HAPPENED

Prairie View A&M managed zero chances with runners on third in the shutout, going a total of 0-for-2 with runners in scoring position. The Panthers last got a runner on third in the seventh, when Dylan Diaz made it 90 feet away from scoring with two outs.
