GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Prairie View fell to North Dakota 4-1 Sunday (Aug. 30) on the road at Bronson Field.
The loss dropped Prairie View's record to 0-5-0 overall.
How it Happened
North Dakota broke the scoreless tie when Cora Ellermann scored in the minute.
The Fighting Hawks added another score on a goal from Hannah Peters in the second minute, assisted by Charlie Basinet and Ellermann.
North Dakota built its lead to 3-0 on Hunter Borgel's 14th-minute goal, assisted by Viktoria Filsner and Basinet.
The Lady Panthers got on the board with a 33rd-minute goal from Destini Twiggs, her first goal of the season.
North Dakota took a 4-1 game on Payton Mcknight's goal in the 76th minute, assisted by Basinet. Neither team scored again and the game ended 4-1.
