What methods of payment will PVAMU Ticket Office accept?
Tickets may be purchased by cash or check at the Ticket Office during normal business hours. NO checks will be accepted on-site at any athletic event. Checks should be made out to "PVAMU Athletics." All online ticket purchases require a debit or credit card.
Online Ticket Orders
In some cases the PVAMU Ticket Office will cut off online sales prior to an event (usually the night before the event). This does not necessarily mean tickets are sold out. Tickets are generally available at the ticket window even if online sales are not available anymore. If you do not see a message that the event is sold out, come to the event venue to purchase tickets. Customers can print their tickets at home or bring them on their mobile device through the Vendini App. If you wish to leave tickets at Will Call there will be an additional fee. Please see Will Call instructions on this page or contact the PVAMU Ticket Office with any questions.
Away Game Ticket Information
Tickets for away games can be purchased through the opponent's ticket office unless advertised directly on PVAMU ticket website.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the PVAMU Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change, but the ticket will remain valid for the game if it is made up at a later time. If you purchase a ticket online through our ticket system you are guaranteed entry to the event.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up at ticket booth on game day unless arrangements are made for pick up during the business week at the Ticket Office. Identification or an order confirmation page is required for all tickets picked up at will call.
Accessible Seating
Please contact the ticket office prior to gameday for accomodations. If accomodations need to be made on gameday the Ticket Manager will ensure accomodations are made at the venue.
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 5 do not need a ticket in general admission areas.
Team Pass List
Player and Team guests may receive complimentary tickets if their name is included on the pass list for that day's game. Please have a photo ID ready for each person receiving tickets on the pass list. Everyone in your party receiving pass list tickets must be present at the time of pick-up and each person must sign for their own ticket. The Athletic Compliance Office monitors the player pass list to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletic Ticket Office will charge full price for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen or left at home and need to be reprinted.
