Q: How can I contact the Panthers' Ticket Office?
A: You can contact the ticket office staff via phone and leave a voice message at any time at 936-261-3970. A ticket office representative will follow up with you during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. You can also email the ticket office at tickets@pvamu.edu and a representative will follow up with you promptly.
Q. As a season ticket holder, if I did not renew in 2020 will I still have my same seats?
A. Yes, due to COVID-19 you will be allowed to keep your same seats for the 2021 Fall Renewal.
Q. If I am not attending in the spring what are my options as a season ticket holder?
A. As of now, your options are to rollover your tickets for the 2021 fall semester or to receive a refund.
Q. If I did not renew but I would like to attend the games in the spring will I be allowed too?
A. Yes. Single-game tickets will be available for purchase. However, due to social distancing and CDC guidelines regarding stadium capacity, certain seating selections may be limited or unavailable.
Q. How does the new $50 food voucher work?
A. This is one of our new features designed to increase the value of and enhance the game experience overall for our season-ticket holders. The $50 will be uploaded at the beginning of the season. You can use it at your discretion. If your card is lost, there will be an additional charge to replace it.
Q. Have ticket prices increased?
A. Yes, season ticket prices went up this year ranging from a $50 increase. Single-game tickets prices also have increased.
Q. What guidelines are we taking in the stadium due to the COVID-19?
A. We are following all the CDC guidelines along with the University guidelines. As of now we are allowed 50% stadium capacity.
Q: When will the new spring football schedule be released?
A: The Conference office has already announced the 2021 spring schedule, which you can find out more about HERE. Start times and game day themes are still in the works and will be announced as soon as they are made available.
Q: When will the ticket office be open at the Athletic Administration Building if I want to come in person?
A: The ticket office will re-open for in person transactions when it is deemed safe to do so by State, local and University leadership.
Q: What happens if COVID-19 causes the athletics season to be delayed, cancelled or otherwise impacted?

Q: Is my Purple and Gold Fund contribution refundable?

Q: Will tailgating be allowed prior to PVAMU Football games in 2021?

- Do not invite any prospective student-athletes (grades 9-12, junior college, prep school athletes), to be guests in your seats unless they are your immediate family members or long time family friends.
