Prairie View A&M University Athletics

Kristina Nunoo is a Junior Kinesiology major from Fort Worth, Texas, and a graduate of Western Hills High School. She chose Prairie View A&M University for its rich history and its ideal proximity to home. Introduced to the field by a close friend, Kristina became a Student Athletic Trainer Aide out of a passion for helping athletes in need, with her most memorable moment on staff being the football team's trip to the SWAC Championship.

Kristina believes that staying alert and working at a fast pace are the most vital skills for an athletic trainer aide, making football the most exciting team for her to support. Looking ahead five years, she aims to accomplish dual milestones as a licensed physical therapist and a professional athletic trainer, with an ultimate dream job of working for an NFL team. Outside of sports medicine and her studies, Kristina enjoys reading, doing her hair and lashes, eating wings and pasta, and listening to BTS. Her favorite movie is Man of the House, and her favorite holiday is Christmas because it falls five days before her birthday and brings her entire family together to cook and spend quality time.
