Destiny Kennedy is a senior at Prairie View A&M University, majoring in Mass Communications. As a member of the football media team, she channels her passion for sports and storytelling into creating dynamic content.

A fan of "Bad Boys: Ride or Die," Destiny enjoys a variety of foods, from pasta and crab legs to cream corn and Subway sandwiches. Her hobbies include listening to music, taking photos, dancing, and exploring new culinary delights. Guided by the mantra, "Don’t wonder what if; take a risk," she embraces life’s adventures wholeheartedly.

If she weren’t working with the football media team, she’d be diving into media for other sports, like basketball. An avid traveler, Destiny once visited all states in just 27 days—something few would guess about her. Her dream job is to work within the media departments of the NFL, WNBA, or ESPN, and she envisions herself in five years owning multiple properties and thriving in a top sports organization.

Destiny chose Prairie View A&M for its proximity to home and its strong financial benefits, and she cherishes the connections she’s made and the skills she’s gained within the rich HBCU culture. Being part of the football media team has allowed her to connect with like-minded individuals, and she loves the excitement that comes with game days.
