Prairie View A&M University Athletics

Tilyn Stephens is a Mass Communications major from Birmingham, Alabama, who chose Prairie View A&M University to step outside her comfort zone while positioning herself near a major city rich in media career opportunities. Active on campus as a member of PVUKNO Radio, Tilyn's main goal within the program is to expand her network and apply hands-on experience directly to her future career in media.

Her favorite sport to cover is football, and her ultimate dream assignment would be capturing the energy at the Super Bowl. Looking ahead to the 2026 season, Tilyn is most excited to push creative boundaries on the program's media channels—from jersey reveals and hype reels to photos and signing graphics. In her free time, she loves embarking on spontaneous "side quests" to explore new activities, listening to Drake, and relaxing with her favorite movie, Why Did I Get Married?. Her favorite holiday is Halloween because of its close proximity to her birthday and the chance to dress up and have fun. When it comes to food, burgers and fries top her list, and if she could instantly master any skill, it would be doing hair.
