Jeffrey "Jefe" Polledo is a right-handed pitcher for the Prairie View A&M University baseball team, wearing jersey number 9. A junior majoring in Business, Jeffrey is originally from Miami and attended Monsignor Edward Pace High School.

In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys bowling, and his favorite food is wings. He also loves the movie The Sandlot and enjoys celebrating Christmas. His go-to walk-up song is "WOW" by Bryant Myers. As a fan of the Boston Red Sox, Jeffrey admires their rich history and success.

One of Jeffrey’s most memorable moments in baseball was playing alongside his brother. Looking ahead, he hopes to win a SWAC championship and secure an MLB contract in the next five years. His ultimate dream job is to play professional baseball.

Jeffrey chose Prairie View A&M because of the strong coaching staff, the tradition of the school, and the love and support the program offers. He recognizes the mental challenges that athletes face both on and off the field and is dedicated to overcoming them to succeed.
