Tayshawn Wilson, a 5’8”, 175-pound defensive back from Monroe, Louisiana, is a sophomore at Prairie View A&M University majoring in Health & Kinesiology. A graduate of Mayde Creek High School, Wilson brings speed, confidence, and competitiveness to the Panthers’ secondary.
His most memorable football moment came when he was ranked a four-star defensive back, a milestone that fuels his ambition to reach even greater heights. For Wilson, game day means locking in with music and carrying that energy onto the field.
Outside of football, Wilson enjoys spending time with family, and his favorite foods include nachos. His all-time favorite movie is Friday After Next, and he takes pride in being his own favorite entertainer.
Looking ahead, Wilson’s dream is to build a professional career in football, with aspirations of being in his fourth year in the pros within the next five years. Choosing Prairie View A&M was a decision rooted in family, and he carries that same loyalty and drive into every play.
