Croak comes to Prairie View A&M as the youngest active D1 assistant in Men’s Basketball.

He spent the previous 2 years at Tallahassee Community College as Associate Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator.

Throughout his tenure at Tallahassee CC the Eagles accumulated back to back Conference Championships and a 46-9 overall record, a school record at Tallahassee CC.

While at Tallahassee CC, the Eagles were one of the most efficient teams in Junior College holding spots in the Top 10 in Offensive Efficiency and Defensive Efficiency throughout 2 years. The Eagles also were the only team to hold a Top 10 ranking nationally and also in Team GPA.

Croak recruited, coached, and sent on 16 players in those 2 years who moved on to sign Division I, those being Back to Back Player of the Year, Back to Back Newcomer of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and 12 All-Conference players in those 2 years.

Croak also spent a year at Dodge City Community College in Kansas as Associate Head Coach. While at Dodge City CC, Croak had all players graduate with their Associate’s Degree and move onto Four Year Colleges. While at Dodge City CC, Croak had 3 All Region Players and 2 Academic All-Americans.

Croak spent his first 2 years Coaching at Kentucky Wesleyan College, a Division II located in Owensboro, Kentucky working for the Hall of Fame Coach, Happy Osborne. While at KWC, the Panthers accumulated a 28-2 season while winning a conference title along with a National Tournament berth. In his 2 years at KWC, 15 players from those 2 years moved on to play at the Professional level.

Croak is a Graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Communications and resides in Hempstead, Texas.
