Biography

Spring 2021: (8G/7S): Bernal played in eight of the eight Spring 2021 games, she played 615 minutes, had one goal, zero assists, took 17 shots with six of them on goal, and one penalty kick attempt.  Was named to the preseason first All-SWAC Team.

2019: (17G/14S):  Bernal earned All-SWAC First Team honors.....played a total of 1210 minutes...had four goals.....one assist....took 46 shots......22 on goal.....placing one game winner kick.  Best game vs. Alcorn State (9/29).  Was named to the All-SWAC preseason first team.

2018: Played in 19 games. She tallied a total of 1563 minutes of action with five goals throughout the season. in the shut-out against Mississippi Valley Bernal had a big game. She knocked in a career-high two goals to lead the Lady Panthers. She also had six shots five on goal.  Named All-Conference Second Team. 

2017 (11G/5S): Played in eleven games with five starts, tallied 298 minutes of action, made three out of five shots throughout the season, and averaged .200% per game. She had a career-high of one goal against Texas Southern.
