Lucas Coley, a  quarterback from San Antonio, TX, is now pursuing his graduate studies in Business Administration at Prairie View A&M. With a solid foundation built at the University of Houston, Lucas is bringing his expertise and leadership skills to the field, eager to make an impact and further his athletic career.

Passionate about his craft, Lucas favorite artist is YoungBoy Never Broke Again and favorite movie is Real Steel. His  enjoys eating burgers and the festive spirit of Christmas highlights his straightforward and family-oriented approach to life. He values the holiday season for the chance it provides to unite with loved ones.

In his free time, Lucas enjoys playing chess, golfing, and attending church, which help him stay mentally sharp and spiritually connected. His game day ritual includes integrating these activities to prepare both mentally and spiritually for competition.

Lucas identifies mental health as a key challenge for today’s athletes, emphasizing the importance of maintaining balance and focus. His most cherished memory in sports is his trip to Arkansas, a significant highlight of his journey.

Looking ahead, Lucas is driven by the goal of winning a Super Bowl and aspires to excel in either the NFL or commercial real estate. He chose Prairie View A&M for its vibrant HBCU atmosphere and strong graduate programs, aligning perfectly with his academic and athletic aspirations.
