McGinnis is the only Colorado product in the class, a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver.  She is transferring from Trinidad State as a midfield and can play out wide.  While at Trinadad shed played in 27 games over the span of her two-year stint at TS.  She had three goals, two assists 34 shots and 17 shots on goal.  She is the sister of Braelah McGinnis that's a junior on Garcia's squad.
 
What Garcia says about "Marinah is a transfer from Trinidad State."  "She's a quick player that is good on the ball she's versatile and is able to play the mid or out wide.  She has the same work ethic as her sister.  So we are looking forward to that hard work rate."
