Sydney Robinson, known as Syd, has been nurtured by a supportive family, including her parents, Amanda and Keith Robinson, and her siblings, Terrel and Skylar Robinson. Her passion for soccer was sparked by watching Sophia Smith’s impressive performances for Stanford, which motivated her to pursue the sport at the collegiate level.

In her personal life, Syd is a big fan of Nicki Minaj and enjoys watching Princess and the Frog. Her favorite foods include baked macaroni, and she loves cooking and shopping during her free time. A whimsical aspect of her childhood is that she once wanted to be a ladybug.

Syd’s favorite saying is, “Never be afraid to fail; just don’t make the same mistake twice.” She aspires to pursue a career in physical therapy, with her dream job being a physical therapist. Sydney chose Prairie View A&M University because of its rich program history and engaging culture. She appreciates the school’s vibrant spirit and the welcoming atmosphere that PVAMU provides.
