Dondria Moore is in her 1st full-time stint at Prairie View A&M University, and is currently serving in Athletics as an advisor and the Kinesiology Department as an adjunct instructor. She brings over 15 years of experience in education and athletics with a significant focus on student-athlete success.
Moore’s most experienced role began at her alma mater the University of Memphis as an assistant in football operations. She assisted with many facets including, daily administrative duties, academic tutoring, and game-day setup and ticket office.
Prior to Memphis, Moore served as a mentor for at-risk students and a varsity basketball coach for Frayser High School in Memphis, TN. As a mentor, she developed and implemented initiatives to enhance quality education, community engagement, and career opportunities.
A graduate of Starkville High School Yellowjackets in Starkville, Miss., Moore graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Sports and Leisure Management. Later, she earned a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Alabama.
Moore has one son, Andy Devier.
