GAME NOTES

The Prairie View A&M Panthers return to action this weekend in a pivotal SWAC contest on the road at Alabama State on Saturday at 1 p.m.  The contest will be streamed live on ESPN3.com, televised on a tape-delayed basis by ESPNU on Saturday night at 9:30 p.m. and broadcasted live by KPVU 91.3 FM.

Prairie View A&M is coming off a big division win over Southern which wrapped up its SWAC Western Division record at 3-1.  From this point, only SWAC East opponents remain along with a non-conference game at Texas State in November.  Currently, the Panthers are a game ahead of both Southern and Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the SWAC standings and control their own destiny as winning out ensures a SWAC Championship game berth.

Saturday's contest will be broadcasted live by KPVU 91.3 FM beginning at 12:30 p.m. with a full recap scheduled for Sunday evening on the Heishma Northern radio show.  Due to a Houston Aeros broadcast that afternoon, the show will air at 7 p.m. Sunday on Houston's KNTH 1070 AM.
