The Volleyball team will host its final Southwestern Athletic Conference game of the regular season and honor its three seniors on Halloween Thursday night in the William Nicks Building (The Baby Dome). Students and fans are encouraged to wear their costumes as Prairie View A&M hosts Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 7 p.m.

Espinosa is second in the conference in total assists with 686 on the season and a 6.93 assist per match average. She has been named setter of the week twice this season and won five-consecutive newcomer of the week awards in 2012 to set the Prairie View A&M record. Preston is second on the team with 164 assists, setting a season-high 18 assists against Southern Miss. on Sept. 12. She had 10 assists and nine digs in the Lady Panthers 3-0 loss to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Tuesday, ending up one dig short of a double-double.
Batista plays her best ball against SWAC teams, averaging 9.2 kills per match. In a 3-1 loss at Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Oct. 8, Batista registered 11 kills, five digs and three total blocks. The Lady Panthers are 3-3 in the SWAC, and hope to jump ahead of third-place Southern in the SWAC West with a win on Thursday.
