GREENWOOD, Miss. – The Prairie View A&M Lady Panthers aim for a weekend road sweep Monday when they visit Mississippi Valley State. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.

The Lady Panthers (10-12, 6-7 SWAC) enter Monday's game seeking their seventh consecutive win over the Devilettes. Lamaria Cole (pictured) leads the Lady Panthers with a scoring average of 15.2 points per game. Her 3.9 assists per game leads the SWAC. Head coach Dawn Brown has never lost to Mississippi Valley State.

Mississippi Valley State is in its sixth game under interim head coach Melvin Williams. In spite of their 3-21 record, the Delta Devilettes feature two of the top five scorers in the SWAC. Christina Reed ranks second in the league with 16.5 points per game, while Ashley Beals averages 14.6 points per game (fifth in the SWAC) and 7.9 rebounds per contest (third in the SWAC).
