HUNTSVILLE, Texas. – The Prairie View A&M University women's tennis team is ready for the start of competition when they face Sam Houston Friday, January 13 at 2:30 p.m. at the McAdams Tennis Center.
 
The Lady Panthers last played in the fall on October 29, 2016 falling to Texas State 6-1.  However, in the singles Neharika Rama showed poise and fight in her game winning match.  Rama and her teammate Shaddae Findley also picked up a win in the doubles over the Bobcats.
 
The team will continue play with rounds against Texas Rio Grande Valley on Saturday at noon also to be played at the McAdams Tennis Center.
