Â
"Coming in to this weekend we started off a little shaky," said head volleyball coach Tacho Tyler. "As to be expected since we've only played a minimum amount of games opposed to the other teams that we played. Once we got locked in, that's when we started to win. Once we got our first win, everything started jellying together and that's when I feel we became more successful. We knew Bama State was going to be one of our biggest match ups, but we also didn't play well. When we played Jackson we were a little bit more successful and if we play like this the rest of the season we should be quite good."
Â
Prairie View A&M will return to the court on Sunday, Oct. 1 when they travel to face Grambling at 5 p.m.
