JACKSON, Miss. – Prairie View A&M women's basketball came up short as they fell 70-61 to Jackson State at the Lee E. Williams Assembly Center Monday night.
A pair of Lady Panthers were in double-figures. Dominique Neman led the Lady Panthers with 16 points, six rebounds, one assist and five steals, while Shala Dobbins added 12 points, four rebounds and four steals. Jhyrah Cobb had a team high nine rebounds, while posting seven points and a steal.
The Lady Panthers will return to action on January 20 when they face Arkansas Pine at the William J. Nicks Baby Dome for a 3 p.m. start on PV Welcome Back Weekend. The live video stream will begin at 2:45 p.m. at pvpanthers.com/sportsnetwork.
