PRAIRIE VIEW, - Texas – The Prairie View A&M women's basketball team will play the second of three home non-conference contests scheduled at PVAMU Recreation Center on Monday at 5 p.m. against the Arlington Baptist Patriots.

This meeting will just be the second contest between the Lady Panthers (1-1) and Patriots (0-4), who have already played four games.
Senior
Shala Dobbins led the Lady Panther with eight points, one assist and two steals in PVAMU's last outing, a 70-50 loss at Oklahoma State. Junior
Dominique Newman also contributed seven points, one assist and one steal, while senior
Artavia Ford had seven points, seven boards, two steals and one block in the contest.
Arlington Baptist is led in scoring by senior Zayda Gonzales (19.6), who was NCCAA back-to-back tournament MVP and Player of the Year. Freshman Aaliyiah Clark adds 13 ppg to the Patriots scoring. Rhianna Jones is Arlington Baptist's leading rebounder, averaging 15 rebounds per contest.
