The accolades continue for Parker (5-11, 165; Jr., Dallas, Texas), who was named by the SWAC as a two-time All-SWAC selection while also earning BOXTOROW and FCS Coaches All-America honors. Parker tied for second in the SWAC in interceptions, tied for second in the league in pass breakups with nine, and led the conference in passes defensed with 12 while making 26 tackles on the season. Parker made three tackles and a fourth-quarter interception leading to the game-clinching touchdown vs. N.C. Central in the MEAC-SWAC Challenge. Later in September, Parker made three tackles and the game-winning interception in fourth quarter vs. Grambling.

Holcombe (6-6, 235; Jr, Houston, Texas), who also was a first-team All-SWAC selection by the league office made 26 catches for 350 yards and is tied for first in the conference with seven touchdowns. Holcombe caught a touchdown pass in four straight games (at Sam Houston, at UNLV, at UAPB, vs. Grambling). Holcombe had career highs in catches (nine), receiving yards (77) and touchdowns (two) at Jackson St.

Dumas (6-1, 196; Fr, St. James, La.) made 32 tackles (20 solo) with 4.0 sacks, 9.0 tackles for loss, with one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He made a season-high eight tackles, with 1.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery. Dumas also recorded at least ½ sack in each of the final three games, including a season-high 1.5 sacks along 2.5 tackles for loss and three total tackles against Texas Southern.

Morton (6-4, 230; R-Jr., Arlington, Texas) passed for 2,344 yards (2
nd/SWAC) and 18 touchdowns (2
nd SWAC) while also rushing for 874 yards (5
th/SWAC) and 10 touchdowns (3
rd/SWAC). Morton set a single-game school record with 255 rushing yards and accounted for six touchdowns (school record tying four rushing, two passing) at Arkansas-Pine Bluff in which he accounted for a career-high 511 yards (256 passing). Morton also had a six-touchdown game against Alabama State (four passing, two rushing) in accounting for 486 yards total offense (290 passing, 196 rushing). He

Tucker (5-6, 165; Jr., Terrell, Texas) became the first PVAMU player since Johnta' Hebert in 2014 to rush for 1,000, as Tucker totaled 1,096 yards (2
nd/SWAC) and was ninth with six touchdowns. Tucker had four 100-yard rushing games (11-120-1 at UAPB; 19-134-2 vs. Alabama St.), including back-to-back 200-yard rushing games (22-224-1 vs. N.C. Central; 21-career high 245-2 at Sam Houston).

Jones (6-4, 315; So., Garland, Texas) and Rice (6-1, 285; Jr., Grand Prairie, Texas) anchored the left side of the offensive line at tackle and guard, respectively. The Panthers have the top-ranked scoring offense in the SWAC (33.5 ppg) and was second in total offense (459.0 ypg), third in rushing offense (202.2 ypg), and first in passing offense (256.8 ypg).

Wallace (6-3, 235; R-So., Desoto, Texas) is tied for seventh in the SWAC in catches (38), fourth in receiving yards (639), and ninth in yards per catch (16.8) with four TDs. Wallace caught five passes for 147 yds and 1 TD at Rice, and caught six passes for 83 yards vs. N.C. Central.

Bell (6-4, 220; Sr., Long Beach, Calif.) was sixth on team in tackles (46), first in sacks (7.5), and second in tackles for loss (10.0). He made a career-high eight tackles twice (at UNLV, vs. Alabama St. with 1.0 sacks and 1.5 tackles for loss). Bell made three tackles, 1.5 sacks, and 2.5 tackles for loss at Sam Houston.

Green (6-3, 245; R-Sr., Birmingham, Ala.) is third on team in tackles (career-high 62), was second in sacks (career-high 5.0), and first in tackles for loss (career-high 13.0). He earned SWAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after making eight tackles, career-high 2.5 sacks, career-high 3.5 tackles for loss, and one forced fumble vs. Grambling. Green made a career-high 13 tackles, 0.5 sacks, and 1.5 tackles for loss vs. Southern.

Skinner (6-0, 190; Sr., Spring, Texas) made 39 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 0.5 tackles for loss, one interception, three pass breakups and four passes defensed with one touchdown. Skinner made seven tackles, 0.5 sacks, and two pass breakups vs. Grambling, and made a season-high eight tackles vs. Alcorn.

Hardy (6-2, 215; Sr., Carrollton, Texas) was second on the team with 35 receptions for 524 yards (7
th/SWAC) and seven touchdowns (t-2
nd/SWAC). He made one touchdown reception in each of the final three games, and set career highs in receptions (eight) and receiving yards (97) in his final game against Texas Southern.

Stubbs (6-1, 225; Sr., Millville, N.J.) led the Panthers in tackles with 78 (40 solo), along with 4.5 sacks, 6.5 tackles for loss, one interception, one pass breakup, and two passes defensed. Stubbs had back-to-back career-high 13-tackle games vs. Alcorn and at Jackson State.

Harris (5-10, 175; R-So., Round Rock, Texas) made 24 tackles (16 solo) with one tackle for loss, two interceptions, eight pass breakups, and 10 passes defended. He made interceptions in back-to-back games at Sam Houston (46-yard return for touchdown) and at UNLV (along with a career-high eight tackles).
