Prairie View A&M Men's Basketball falls to SMU

DALLAS, TX --  The Prairie View A&M Panthers faced a tough opponent in the SMU Mustangs at Moody Coliseum, on the road Monday, despite a promising start, the Panthers could not sustain momentum, ultimately falling 69-110 in this regular season clash.

The team got a 29-point showing from the bench, ​​having four players score in double figures, led by Tanahj Pettway, who had 20 points. Braelon Bush tacked on 14 points off of the bench and Chauncey Gibson chipped in as well with 11 points from the bench and Nick Anderson, who added 10 points and topped the rebound charts with 7.

The game began with high intensity as Prairie View A&M kept pace with SMU, concluding the first half trailing just slightly at 46-51.
