PINE BLUFF, Arkansas --Junior Cialin Massey was dealing on Sunday, throwing a two-hit shutout to lead the Prairie View A&M Panthers past the UAPB Lady Lions 1-0.
Massey (2-5) went the distance for Prairie View A&M (6-13, 1-0), giving up two hits, walking none and striking out eight.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panthers took the lead for good in the second, scoring for the first and only time in the inning. Senior B. Figueroa came across to score the lone run of the inning for Prairie View A&M and get them on the board.
