Prairie View A&M University's women's soccer team is set to compete against Abilene Christian University on September 5, 2024. This game will be their fourth match up since 2016 and their third consecutive game since 2022.

Despite the current season's shaky start for Prairie View with a record of 1-3, Coach Abe Garcia's team is gearing up for a turnaround against the Wildcats, who currently hold a record of 1-0-3 for the season. As the teams meet again, Prairie View aims to leverage the skills of key players like Mya Sherican, Zanyece Harris Wright, Medinat Lawal, and Emily Apodaca in the hopes of a favorable outcome.
