The Prairie View A&M Panthers men's cross country team took part in the Men's Prairie Fire Pepper 8K division at the Chile Pepper XC Festival on October 4, 2025, in Fayetteville, AK. The team secured a meritorious 6th place finish in a competitive event featuring numerous collegiate teams from across the region.

Thierry Garcon led the Panthers with an outstanding performance, completing the 8K in 26:35.4. Close behind him, Noah Green finished with a time of 27:04.4, demonstrating the depth of the team. Other significant contributions came from Elie Smith, who clocked in at 27:50.5, Kejun Wilson at 27:58.2, Cristian Rios at 29:37.0, Eli Jacobs at 29:47.2, and Marcus Lewis concluding the Panthers' show with a time of 29:53.6.
