PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – The Prairie View A&M volleyball team continued its strong momentum as Kylee Owens and Leila Smalls turned in standout performances to lead the Lady Panthers to a convincing three-set victory.

Owens, a dynamic outside hitter, delivered a near-flawless offensive performance earning her the Offensive SWAC Player of the Week award, finishing with 16 kills on .500 hitting (16-0-32). She added two assists, one service ace, and nine digs to round out a complete performance on both ends of the court. Owens' efficiency and versatility were key to Prairie View A&M's control throughout the match, as she tallied 17.5 total points to pace all players.

On the defensive side, libero Leila Smalls anchored the back row with poise and precision leading her to earn the Defensive SWAC Player of the Week award, recording a team-high 16 digs while also contributing eight assists. Her consistent passing and defensive coverage kept the Lady Panthers in rhythm and limited the opponent's scoring opportunities.
