Prairie View A&M Panthers are celebrating the remarkable achievements of their star bowler,
Jayda Gordon, who was recently named the SWAC Bowler of the Year. This accolade adds to her impressive list of accomplishments this season, affirming her status as a standout athlete in collegiate bowling.
Throughout the season, Gordon has been a pivotal figure for the Panthers. Her exceptional performance at key events like the SWAC West Round Up and the SWAC East Round Up has been crucial. At the SWAC East Round Up, Gordon knocked down a total of 2753 pins, with an average score of 196.64. Notably, at the SWAC West Round Up, she had a stellar performance, tallying 3006 pins and boosting her average to 214.71.
Furthermore, Gordon's consistent excellence this season also earned her the title of Bowler of the Week earlier in the season, and she was selected for the All SWAC First Team. Her leadership and skills continue to be a major asset to the Prairie View A&M Panthers as they navigate through the competitive landscape of collegiate bowling.
