The Prairie View A&M Panthers took to the Watts Cross Country Course in College Station, Texas, on September 13, 2025, for the Texas A&M Invitational. Competing in the men's 8k, the athletes competed in stiff conditions against notable attendees from surrounding colleges.

In the men's 8k race, standout performances were observed. Noah Green led the Panthers with a time of 25:52.1, maintaining a pace of 5:12 per mile throughout the competition. Freshman Elie Smith also completed his race with a notable time of 27:00.8, showing promise early in his collegiate career. Kejun Wilson, Marcus Lewis, and Eli Jacobs completed the team's lineup with respective times of 28:06.7, 28:28.6, and 28:48.1.

Looking ahead, the Panthers are preparing to host their upcoming meet, the Clifton Gillard XC Invite, on September 25, 2025. This meet will provide another opportunity for the team to showcase its depth and skill as they compete on their home turf.
