PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas — The Prairie View A&M University women's track & field team opens the 2026 indoor season on Saturday, January 10, competing at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational hosted by the University of Houston at Yeoman Fieldhouse.

The meet marks PVAMU's first indoor competition of 2026 and provides an early-season opportunity for the Panthers to measure themselves against a strong and diverse field. Field events begin at 10 a.m., followed by running events at 1:30 p.m.

Competing Teams
Houston (Host), Huston-Tillotson, Jacksonville College, Lamar, Prairie View A&M, Rice (Men), Sam Houston, St. Thomas (TX), Texas, Texas A&M–Corpus Christi, Texas A&M–Kingsville, Texas Southern, and UTRGV.
