Jackson Hadley, Prairie View's A&M's Special Teams Coordinator, brings proven expertise in player development, recruiting, and offensive strategy to PVAMU, where he will oversee special teams and tight ends.
A Clarksville, Tennessee native, Hadley began his career at the University of Tennessee (2015-2019), contributing to the personnel/recruiting department and coaching offense.
After graduating from Tennessee, Hadley joined Samford University in 2019 as an Offensive Analyst and QB Assistant under Head Coach Chris Hatcher. In 2020, he transitioned to Colorado Mesa University, where he coached Tight Ends under Head Coach Tremaine Jackson. By 2021, he expanded his role to include Slot WRs and Recruiting Coordinator duties, helping TE Dagan Rienks earn 2nd Team All-RMAC honors.
From 2022-2024, Hadley coached at Valdosta State University. He served as Tight Ends Coach and Recruiting Coordinator (2022-23) before becoming Tight Ends and Special Teams Coordinator in 2024. During his time at VSU, he coached multiple nationally ranked special teams units en route to a National Championship appearance in his first year as coordinator. He also mentored 2x All-GSC TE Noah Gillan and contributed to two Gulf South Conference championships.
