Katelynn Thomas, known as KT, is a dedicated soccer player and a freshman majoring in Biology. Hailing from a close-knit family, she is the daughter of Angel and Nathan Thomas and has two siblings: Brynn, her sister, and Nathan, Jr., her brother.

From a young age, Katelynn has been inspired by her own passion for soccer, which she has pursued since she was three years old. Her favorite entertainer is Beyoncé, and she enjoys a variety of movies, including High School Musical (all three), Matilda, Princess and the Frog, and all four Shrek films. When it comes to food, Katelynn loves steak, salad, hot wings, cheeseburgers, and seafood. Her hobbies include shopping and trying new foods, and if she were a fictional character, she would be Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog.

Katelynn's favorite words to live by are, "The Lord is my light and salvation, whom shall I fear?" Outside of soccer, she would love to travel with her family. People might be surprised to learn that she enjoys organizing in her free time. In five years, Katelynn sees herself graduated with a Bachelor's degree and pursuing her dream job as an Anesthesiologist. She chose Prairie View A&M University because of its strong Biology program, vibrant culture, and competitive soccer program.
