Personal:  Batista is from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. . . She was born April 4, 1991. . . She played four years of varsity volleyball at Bayamon Military Academy. . . In high school, she received honors, such as, five All-Star awards and being named MVP. . . Batista played on the Lee College volleyball team from 2010 to 2012. . . In junior college, she was a 1st Team All-Conference selection.
