PRAIRIE VIEW – The Prairie View A&M men's and women's track teams return to action for the SWAC Indoor Championship held at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Ala.

The PVAMU men and women look to improve on their runner-up finish from a year ago.

Participating Teams: PVAMU, Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Alcorn State, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Grambling State, Jackson State, Mississippi Valley State, Southern, Texas Southern
Schedule of Events: Track Events set to begin at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2 p.m.. Thursday, Field Events begin 7:45 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Thursday

PVAMU Notes:
- On the track, the Panthers have several names to watch out for during the two days of competition. 
- Junior Timothy Demeritt is going into the meet ranked 2nd and 3rd among conference runners in the 200m dash and 400m dash, respectively.  
- Senior Ja'sha Sloan looks to defend her title in the Women's high jump 
- Kaizha Roberts and Devynn King are also defending their long jump and triple jump titles, respectively.
