GRAMBLING, -- In a challenging encounter at the GSU Soccer Complex in Grambling on October 25, 2024, the Prairie View A&M University Panthers were overpowered by the Grambling Tigers, ending the game with a final score of 1-8. Despite their efforts, the loss deepened the Panthers' season trial as their record now stands at 1-10-3, including a 0-3-3 mark in SWAC play.
How it Happened
The only goal for Prairie View came from Kyla Arnes in the fifth minute of the game, marking her first goal of the season, which was one of the few highlights for the Panthers in the game. The assist was provided by Mya Sheridan. Prairie View's goalkeeper, Medinat Lawal, faced an overpowering Grambling offense that managed to secure a total of eight goals by the final whistle.

As the Panthers look forward, they aim to regroup and refocus for their upcoming event against Arkansas - Pine Bluff on October 27, seeking improvement and a better outcome in future engagements.
