The Prairie View A&M women's bowling team clinched a decisive victory in the SWAC Bowling Championships at ITRC in Arlington, Texas, on March 22, 2025. The Panthers, representing Prairie View A&M, outperformed Southern in the third round of the tournament, securing a 2-0 win that included a traditional game of 912-872 and a baker match score of 863-797.

The triumph ensures the Panthers a spot in the championship round, scheduled for 3 pm tomorrow. The Panthers are not just competing; they are aiming for their 7th conference title, a milestone that highlights their dominant presence in the SWAC. As the team prepares for the final round, their performance exemplifies their skill and determination in pursuit of yet another title.

At the end of competition today, five of the bowlers sits among the top 15 in the competition. Jayda Gordon is number 4 with a total of 426 pins, and Amani Moore is right behind her with 412 pins. Miranda Fuentes, Jalyne Myers, and Caroline Lewis are number 10, 11, and 12 respectively.

The Prairie View A&M Panthers have set a remarkable standard this season and will undoubtedly bring their best to the lanes as they vie for the championship crown.
