GAME 1 | Prairie View A&M 11, Alabama A&M 7
HUNTSVILLE, AL -- Jadin Moreno racked up four hits to help lead the Prairie View A&M Panthers over the Alabama A&M Bulldogs 11-7 on Saturday.
In addition to his four hits, Moreno had a double, a triple, and an RBI to lead the Panthers. Mac Bowie furnished a noteworthy effort as well, going 2-for-5 with a home run, a walk, and four RBI. Landon Williams also chipped in for Prairie View A&M, putting together three hits in five trips to the plate while adding a double, a walk, and three RBI.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panthers got on the board immediately, starting their scoring with one run in the top of the first inning. Prairie View A&M got an RBI single from Bowie, scoring Ahmar. Donatto from second base.
The Bulldogs then rallied to score four runs and take a 4-1 lead before the Panthers got back on the board in the fourth. The Prairie View A&M offense exploded for seven runs, highlighted by a three-run home run off the bat of Bowie, which brought the score to 8-4 in favor of the Panthers.
Prairie View A&M held Alabama A&M scoreless before building their lead to 10-4 in the seventh inning. The Panthers notched two runs when a single from Williams scored Donatto and Jayden Williams.
Prairie View A&M held the Bulldogs scoreless before their offense got in gear the next inning. The Panthers scored once on an RBI single off the bat of Moreno, bringing the score to 11-4 in favor of Prairie View A&M. Alabama A&M put three runs on the scoreboard before the game was over, but the Panthers still coasted to the 11-7 win.

HUNTSVILLE, AL --Senior Brayden Johnson collected four RBIs to help propel the Prairie View A&M Panthers over the Alabama A&M Bulldogs 10-3 on Saturday.
Johnson went 3-for-6 with a triple and a home run in addition to his four RBIs for the Panthers. Sophomore L. Williams furnished a noteworthy day at the plate as well, going 2-for-4 with a home run, two walks, and two RBI. Senior M. Heiskell also contributed to Prairie View A&M, putting together zero hits in zero trips to the plate while adding three walks and an RBI.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Panthers got the scoring started early, putting one run on the board in the top of the first inning. Prairie View A&M scored three runs in the frame, highlighted by a two-run homer from Johnson.
The Bulldogs then gained ground, narrowing the lead to 3-1 until the Panthers expanded their advantage in the fifth. Prairie View A&M picked up a run on Williams' leadoff home run off of freshman E. Rodriguez, which brought the score to 4-1 in favor of the Panthers.
Alabama A&M narrowed Prairie View A&M's lead to 4-3 before the Panthers stretched the advantage to 7-3 in the sixth inning. The Panthers recorded three runs in the frame, two of them coming across on a two-run single off the bat of Johnson.
Prairie View A&M held the Bulldogs without a run before their offense got in gear the next inning. The Panthers scored once on an RBI single off the bat of senior J. Williams, bringing the score to 8-3 in favor of Prairie View A&M.
The Panthers kept Alabama A&M off the board before building on their lead to 10-3 in the following inning. Prairie View A&M managed to push across two runs in the inning. The score remained 10-3 for the rest of the game, as the Panthers coasted to the win.
