The Prairie View A&M women's tennis team built momentum during the 2024–25 season, featuring key performances and growth in conference play.
The Lady Panthers secured a commanding 4–0 victory over Grambling State—earning 3 singles wins and 2 doubles victories—as part of their strong showing in SWAC competition. They followed with two more clean 4–0 sweeps against Bethune-Cookman and Alabama A&M in neutral-site matchups, showcasing their depth and consistency.
PVAMU also battled in a tightly contested 3–4 loss against Southern University, proving their competitiveness within the conference. In non-conference play, the team faced a tough slate including UT Arlington, UTSA, Texas A&M, and Sam Houston.
