Matthew Moore is a sophmore linebacker at Prairie View A&M University, majoring in Business Management. A 6’1”, 230-pound native of Killeen, Texas, Moore developed his foundation at Ellison High School before continuing his journey at PVAMU. Known for his focus and determination, his game day routine is simple—headphones on and fully locked in.

His favorite entertainer is Lil Tony, and he enjoys watching Transformers as his go-to movie. Wings top his list of favorite foods, while Halloween stands out as his favorite holiday. Away from the field, Moore has a passion for cars. One of his most memorable moments in football was practicing in the pouring rain, an experience that reflects his resilience and love for the game.

Moore sees mental health as one of the greatest challenges athletes face today and emphasizes the importance of staying strong both physically and mentally. Looking ahead, his ultimate goal is to become one of the greatest linebackers to ever play, with aspirations of reaching the NFL. He chose Prairie View A&M for the opportunity to compete, grow, and pursue excellence on and off the field.
