PRAIRIE VIEW, -- In a closely contested soccer encounter, the Prairie View A&M University Panthers were edged out by the Abilene Christian Wildcats with a final score of 2-1.

How it Happened

The match, part of the regular season lineup for both teams, saw equal vigor in the first half, finishing with a 1-1 tie. The lone goal for Prairie View was netted by Brooke Bowman, as her first career goal, with Yasemina Harris contributing the assist, showcasing solid teamwork. Despite strong defense, including commendable efforts from goalie Jordan Shynett, the Panthers fell short to the the Wildcats.
